I've spent 20+ years building technical teams and shipping complex systems at scale. My career spans enterprise transformation, product engineering, and data infrastructure across multiple industries.
At McKinsey, I led the Global Healthcare Engineering practice. I scaled the team from five engineers to over thirty across the US and Latin America, serving Fortune 500 clients. I architected and built large-scale data platforms, data products, and analytics systems. I learned what enterprise-scale engineering looks like, the complexity of big systems, and how to navigate transformation across massive organizations.
At Binkey, I served as CTO, owning technical architecture, cloud infrastructure, and product engineering. I built payment systems, reimbursement workflows, and AI-driven automation in production. I learned how to move fast with constraints, make hard trade-offs, and deliver working systems that matter.
Before that, I worked as a consultant on ERP and CRM systems at SAP, built a Business Intelligence business, and worked in the pharma industry at IMS Health (now IQvia). Each experience taught me how enterprises actually operate and where technology creates (or fails to create) real advantage.
Now, I advise companies navigating AI transformation. And I'm clear about what this means: AI is not the goal. The goal is to enable your company for the future—which happens to include AI.
